🌟 SUMMER SKILLS CAMP 🌟

Ready to take your gymnastics to the next level this summer?

Our Summer Skills Camp is designed for gymnasts who are already confident with the fundamentals and are eager to push their skills further in a focused, challenging, and supportive environment.

This isn’t a standard gymnastics class. These sessions are all about skill development, technique refinement, and progressing towards more advanced elements that gymnasts may not have the opportunity to work on during their regular lessons.

✨ Small group sessions with a maximum of 16 gymnasts
✨ Increased coach-to-gymnast interaction
✨ Detailed technical corrections and feedback
✨ Progressions towards higher-level skills
✨ Challenging activities tailored to ability level
✨ Focus on strength, shaping, flexibility, and performance quality

Gymnasts will train across all four apparatus:
🔹 Vault
🔹 Bars
🔹 Beam
🔹 Floor

Whether they’re working towards new skills, improving execution, or building confidence on unfamiliar elements, this camp provides the perfect opportunity to accelerate progress over the summer holidays.

💜 Suitable for gymnasts at development, development + and intermediate level who are ready for a greater challenge.
